Description
Large villa in the Rafol de Almunia urbanisation in Monte Pego. It has an 800m2 plot and a dream view of the sea and mountains. It is located on the same mountain, in a very quiet area on a dead-end street.
The garden is mostly made up of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and shrubs. The private pool has a Roman staircase and measures 8m x 4m with a large terrace to enjoy the wonderful views. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a small fridge and a table that complement the space.
The two-storey house has 130m2 and is divided as follows, on the ground floor there is the living room with satellite TV and access to the terrace, next to the living room is the dining room with the hallway that leads to the fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and a filter machine and a fridge with freezer. The laundry room is in the storage room.
Moving on to the bedrooms, there is a double bedroom with a double bed of two mattresses, an en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. There is another bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Through an internal staircase we access the second floor with two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and access to the upper terrace. The top floor also has a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms have mosquito nets to be able to open the windows without the risk of mosquitoes.
The house has central heating for the colder months.
The owner of the house would be grateful if no one smoked inside the property.
The distance to Denia beach is 12km, to the centre of Denia city 20km, Rafol de Almunia 2.5km, Pego 5km and Vergel 11km. Supermarkets are 8km away and restaurants just 1.3km away.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.

Das Feriendomizil war ein Traum, Aufteilung, Sauberkeit und
alles drum herum war ohne Mängel und einfach toll!!!!-die Lage mit Blick
aufs Meer und die Ruhe super!!! Leider etwas weg vom Schuss und
der Ort Pego ein Alptraum!!!! leider !!!
