The entrance area with the car to the villa is located in the middle area, where there is ample parking for 3 cars.
Going down the stairs, in the first height, you will find the barbecue area and the pool, where you can enjoy unparalleled views while having fun in the water. In the house there are hammocks available to guests for their comfort.
Going up the stairs we find the third height, where the house is located. As soon as you enter there is a hall, in which there is a courtesy toilet. From there you access the dining room, with air conditioning, which has impressive views of the city and the bay of Denia. In it there is a fireplace and an access door to the terrace. The flat-screen TV has satellite, so you can enjoy TV in some languages.
On the left, passing the living-dining room, is the kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., and all the necessary utensils.
In front of it is the first of the rooms composed of two 90cm beds. together, thus forming a marriage. It has a built-in wardrobe so that they can store their belongings.
If we go ahead we find a dealer with three doors. Crossing the first one we find the second room, like the previous one it has two 90 cm beds. boards and a closet. In the door next to this is a bathroom with shower and toilet for men.
Finally we find the third and last room,with air conditioning, consisting of a room with an en-suite bathroom (with bathtub).
From this room, as well as from the kitchen and from the living room, there is access to a terrace with panoramic views of the city and the sea. In addition, from it you have access to a spiral staircase that leads to an upper terrace.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
