Description
This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people.
The house is located in Denia, in a very quiet area with spectacular views. From its pool, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city like in few places. It has sun loungers, tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue, so you can enjoy the outdoors on summer days. The property has internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, fireplace in the living room, outdoor parking and satellite TV (Languages: German).
Upon entering the house, we found the living room/dining room with an open kitchen, all these spaces are very spacious and perfect for enjoying time with family. From the living room, you can access the rear part of the house where the barbecue and a glassed-in area for eating in winter are located.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.
Upon accessing the hallway, we reach the bedrooms and bathrooms. The three bedrooms have two 90cm beds. (In two of them they are together, and in the third they are separated). The bathrooms are very spacious, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
