Description
This beautiful 160 m² villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate six people. The plot on which it is located measures 900 m² and is fully fenced. The garden surrounding the villa is composed of various plants and trees. There you will find outdoor furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers to enjoy the pleasant summer days.
The house has outdoor parking, wifi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms and central heating. Upon entering, you will find the living/dining room, very bright and with excellent views of the garden. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
On this floor there are two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, opposite is the bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom is en-suite. It consists of two 90cm beds together and a bathroom with a shower.
The spiral staircase in the kitchen leads to the third bedroom. This large bedroom enjoys the best views of the house. It has a bathroom with a shower, as well as a lovely fireplace and a terrace. The bed is a double bed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
