This beautiful 160 m² villa has three bedrooms and its capacity is for six people.
The plot on which it is located measures 900 m² and is fully fenced. The garden that surrounds the villa is composed of various plants and trees. In it you will find outdoor furniture, barbecue and hammocks to enjoy the pleasant summer days.
The house has outdoor parking, wifi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms and central heating. Upon entering you find the living / dining room, very bright and with excellent views of the garden. Next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
On this floor we find two bedrooms, the first one has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, in front of it is the bathroom with shower. The other room is en suite. It consists of two 90cm beds together and a bathroom with a shower.
Through the spiral stairs in the kitchen you access the third room. From this large room you can enjoy the best vitas in the house. In it there is a bathroom with shower, as well as a beautiful fireplace and a terrace. The bed is double.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
