Description
This impressive villa in the Montgó area has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
From its spacious terraces and the beautiful garden, there are unbeatable views of the city and the bay of Denia.
The house has a private pool, as well as a large garden with various types of plants and lawn. There is also a 'tree house', ideal for children to play and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
Upon entering, we find the living/dining room and American-style kitchen. The house has Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and all kinds of amenities to enjoy a pleasant holiday.
The American-style kitchen has: induction, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.
On the same floor, we find one of the en-suite bedrooms, with two 90cm beds joined together to form a 180cm bed.
Upstairs, there is the other en-suite bedroom (also with two 90cm beds joined together), as well as a spacious dressing area and a large terrace with spectacular views.
Just at the entrance of the property, there are the stairs that will take us to the lower floor, where the laundry room and the single bedroom are located. It has two 90cm beds, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
