This charming villa is located next to the El Montgó nature reserve and has spectacular views of the mountain. The area is quiet and peaceful. The large sliding windows have views of the pool and the mountain. The doors open onto the terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner. From the terrace, some stairs lead to the 8x4m pool and the barbecue area with a gas barbecue. The 3 double bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Two rooms have 2 single beds each, which can be joined if necessary. The third bedroom has a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a washing machine and a drying area. The 800m2 plot is fully fenced. Parking on the property for a small car (max 4m). You can also park on the street right in front of the property as it is a quiet street. One of the access points to the nature park trails is 8 minutes (less than 1km) on foot from the house. Distance to the sea 4 km, to the town 3 km, bars/restaurants 2 km. A car is recommended. Pets are allowed on request.

Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1 to April 30 for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
