Description
The Villa is located on a gentle slope and has a beautiful garden with palm trees, bougainvilleas, and oleanders. It also has a small lawn area next to the 4x10m swimming pool with a Roman ladder and a barbecue (according to municipal regulations, the barbecue cannot be used with fire from June 1st to October 15th).
The house is distributed over 3 floors:
On the central floor, there is a large living-dining room with TV/SAT, Wifi and Air Conditioning, as well as access to the beautiful terrace with sea views and stairs to descend to the pool. If we continue, we can see a small bathroom and the American kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, oven and microwave, as well as access to a small terrace behind the house. Also on this floor, there is a double bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom.
Leaving the central floor and going up to the upper floor, we find a toilet and a full bathroom, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each), as well as access to a terrace with sea views. In the hallway of the upper floor, there is an air conditioning unit facing the 3 bedrooms.
To finish, we go down to the ground floor where there is a room with the washing machine, a large veranda with a fridge, sink and a toilet, and an entrance to the 5th bedroom which can also be rented and consists of two single beds and a wardrobe, which otherwise remains closed.
The house could be used by up to 10 people.
There is a terrace next to the pool, parking for one car on the fenced plot, and more cars can be parked in front of the house.
The beach is 4km away, the supermarket 3km, and bars/restaurants 2km. A car is needed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Danke für die schnelle Hilfe bei dem Wassereinbruch in den Stromkasten. Wobei die Umstände alles andere als ungefährlich waren. Euer Service ist immer sehr gut.

Das Haus ansich ist sehr schön leider gibt es ein paar Mängel wie die feuchten Wände und der Schimmel der sich im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes ausgebreitet hat. Wir kennen das Haus schon ein paar Jahre und fanden das neue Schlafzimmer sehr schön. Die Küche ist gut nur die Spülmaschine ist innen sehr verrostet, was auch am Geschirr rostflecken hinterlässt. Das Sofa haben wir ja zu Beginn schon reklamiert. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Vorallem der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Liebe Grüße Familie Stückle |
