Description
Nice semi-detached house for 6 people very close to the beach of Denia.
The urbanization in which it is located has a large lawn with large trees and a large pool, where you can enjoy some fantastic days with your family.
Upon entering you will find the first of the bedrooms, consisting of two 90 cm beds. ideal for the little ones. Next to it are the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. The latter fully equipped with a toaster, Nesspreso coffee, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, etc.
We finish with the ground floor with the dining room, recently decorated. In it we find the flat screen SMART TV and the fireplace, ideal for the winter months. Next to it there is a small covered terrace through which you access the garden.
Going up the stairs to the upper floor we can see two rooms, both with 150 cm beds. and a bathroom. From one of the rooms you access a terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden. In all three rooms there is air conditioning.
The townhouse is located about 300 meters from the sandy beach La Marineta and just a walk from the La Marina area of Denia, where there are restaurants, cafes and beautiful areas to walk.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
