Description
Lovely terraced chalet for 6 people very close to the beach in Denia.
The urbanisation it is located in has a large grassy area with large trees and a large swimming pool, where you can enjoy fantastic days with your family.
Upon entering, you will find the first of the bedrooms, made up of two 90 cm beds, ideal for the little ones. Next to it are the bathroom on the ground floor and the kitchen. The latter is fully equipped with a toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, etc.
We finish with the ground floor with the recently decorated living/dining room. In it we find the flat screen SMART TV and the fireplace, ideal for the winter months. Next to it there is a small covered terrace through which you access the garden.
Going up the stairs to the upper floor, we can see two bedrooms, both with 150 cm beds and a bathroom. From one of the rooms you can access a terrace with nice views of the garden. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
The terraced house is about 300 metres from the sandy beach of La Marineta and just a short walk from the La Marina de Denia area, where you will find restaurants, cafes and lovely areas for strolling.
Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From 1 October to 30 April for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
