Description
This small chalet located in Montgo has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. It has a small, charming private garden where you can enjoy a barbecue or a moment of relaxation. The communal swimming pool is located at the end of the street where the property is situated, and it has shaded areas and a grassy area. Upon entering the house, you will find the living/dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Everything is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, TV, WiFi and a pellet stove for the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The chalet has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). Both have ceiling fans. Next to them is the bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine. It's important to note that the shower is very narrow. Electricity and gas (if applicable) are included from June to September. From October 1st to April 30th, for stays longer than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
