Description
Nice semi-detached house for 4 people in a residential area close to shops and supermarkets.
The urbanization in which it is located has a large lawn with large trees and one of the largest swimming pools in the city, where you can enjoy some fantastic days with your family.
Upon entering you will find a spacious living room, TV with Amazon Fire-Stick, chaise long sofa and air conditioning. The kitchen with breakfast bar fully equipped with toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc.
Next to the kitchen we find a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The main room has air conditioning and a 160cm double bed.
To access the second room we must go up the spiral staircase, wich has a kids security door on the top. Once on the top floor we find a bathroom with a shower and in front of it a double room with a bed of 150cm, air conditioning and with beautiful views of El Ginjoler park.
We finish with the private terrace which is accessed through the living room on the ground floor. In it we find a cozy garden with lots of vegetation and a seating area where you can enjoy meals and breakfasts. The terrace has awnings to protect you from the sun, two sun beds and a parasol.
The house is located just 2 km from the sandy beach of La Marineta and just a short walk from supermarkets and restaurants.
The Ginjoler Park where the house is located is perfect for walking and enjoying family afternoons.
The accommodation has internet and mosquito nets in all rooms
The house offers an electric barbecue for those who need it.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Haus liegt in Nebenstraße vom Schwimmbad, man sieht das Schwimmbad also nicht. Bäume im Garten zu hoch für schöne Aussicht.
