This beautiful Bungalow is located 100 meters from the beach of Las Marinas, has a private garden and direct access to the communal pool.
The villa is located in the urbanisation Puerto Azul, a small and quiet residential complex. The house has a living/dining room with air conditioning and TV, with exit to the private terrace and garden. In the garden guests have sunbeds, table and chairs to enjoy the space. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. Next to the kitchen there are two bedrooms, both with two 90cm single beds, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Next to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower.
There is a private parking space within the plot of the house.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of the Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.d juicer are provided.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
