Description
Small and peaceful holiday complex at the foot of the mountain with a 17x8m community pool, tennis court and terrace with views of the port and the sea. The complex consists of 15 townhouses and this one is at the end, on the corner, just a few steps from the pool. The house has a simple decor and consists of an equipped American kitchen with a gas hob, washing machine and fridge with freezer. Living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning and access to the terrace with a view of the port and the sea. The garden has palm trees, lawn, and a variety of plants. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
Distance to the centre of Denia 3.5km, to the sea 3km, supermarkets 3km and bars/restaurants 800m. A car is required. Pets are not allowed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From 1 October to 30 April for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Un toldo en la parte de la terraza, por la mañana da mucho sol y no puedes desayunar ni almorzar fuera por el pleno sol. Sería un punto importante.
