Description
Small and quietness residential complex at the food of the mountain with 17mx8m communal swimming pool, tennis court and terrace with sea and harbor views. The complex has 15 bungalows and this one is at the end, just a few steps from the swimming pool.
The house has a simple decoration. The American kitchen is equipped with gas stove, washing machine, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has Sat-TV, air conditioning and an access to a terrace with harbor and sea views. The garden has palms, grass and plants.
The bungalow has two bedrooms, one double room with two mattresses and a double room with two individual beds. The bathroom with shower is just renovated.
Distance to city centre 3.5km, to the beach 3km, supermarkets 3km and restaurants 800m.
Car required.
Pets not allowed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Un toldo en la parte de la terraza, por la mañana da mucho sol y no puedes desayunar ni almorzar fuera por el pleno sol. Sería un punto importante.
