Description
Nice holiday complex with a 12mx4m community pool, just 150m from the beach and 2km from the city center. Supermarket, bars, and restaurants 100m away.
The townhouse has two floors and is completely renovated. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace that overlooks the garden and swimming pool. The open kitchen connected to the living room consists of 4 burners, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Next to it is the bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one double with two mattresses and the second with two single beds, both rooms with air conditioning. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and a terrace overlooking the garden area.
The pool area has grass, palm trees, and other varieties of plants. As well as a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa so that they can enjoy the beautiful summer days outdoors.
Private parking for a vehicle in front of the house.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
