Description
This beautiful duplex with communal pool is located only 150 metres from the beach of Las Marinas. The urbanisation in which it is located has a lawn area with plants and trees. The pool area is very nice and has a small pool for children.
To access the house you have to climb some stairs, equivalent to a "mezzanine" floor. The duplex has air conditioning hot/cold throughout the house, as well as wifi. On entering we find the living/dining room with open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The cosy living/dining room has a TV and access to the terrace, where there is a table and chairs for your use and enjoyment. Next to the kitchen is the guest toilet.
At the top of the stairs is the bathroom with bathtub and the two bedrooms. One of them with two 90cm beds and the other with a 1.50m bed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
