Description
Nice penthouse in a well-kept residential complex with a communal pool a few steps from the beach. The Penthouse is located on the third floor, with an elevator. It consists of a living-dining room with satellite television, air conditioning and an exit to the furnished terrace with exceptional views of the pool and the sea.
Next to the living room is the independent kitchen equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer, it has an exit to the rear terrace with views of the Montgó and where the washing machine is located.
Following the hallway we find a double bedroom with access to the terrace, air conditioning and its own bathroom and another double bedroom also with air conditioning. Opposite is the second bathroom with shower.
The complex is fenced and has large lawns, palm trees and a variety of plants, a large pool and a small one for children, and outdoor showers. Animals are not allowed.
There is a parking space available in the complex.
Distance to the sea 200m, possibilities of purchase 1.5km, restoration 200m and downtown Dénia 3.5km.upermarkets 1.5km. Restaurants 200m and to the city centre 3.5km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
