This cozy apartment is located in the urban area, has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful urbanization with a large garden with grass, palm trees and various trees, a children's playground, a ping pong area, as well as a large pool for adults, another smaller one for children, and a jacuzzi.
The accommodation has TV, Wifi and Air conditioning/Heat pump throughout the lodging. Upon entering, its bright living room/dining room with an open kitchen surprises us, everything very cozy to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has: induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and toaster. From the living room we can access the private terrace, which is furnished with outdoor tables, chairs and sofas.
Next to the entrance is the first room, which has a double bed (150cm) and TV. The second room has a bunk bed, with the bottom bunk at 90cm and the top bunk at 1.05m. The bathroom with a shower is located next to this room.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
