Amazing housing state with beautiful gardens and a large communal swimming pool with a separate pool for children.
The apartment is at the first floor and the access is through an indoor stairs.
The house has the living room with Sat TV and a terrace with garden, swimming pool and sea views. The American Kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need, little oven, ceramic hob and fridge with independent freezer.
The apartment has two rooms, one double bedroom with 150 mattress and the second one two individual beds. We can find also a bathroom with shower and the wash machine.
The air conditioner is available for the entire apartment
Pets not allowed.
The private parking is just 40 m from the apartment.
To the beach just 90m, restaurants 300m, supermarket 1km and Denia down town 5.5km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Having stayed in the same apartment/accommodation for many years, the interior is very 'tired' looking and would benefit from a facelift.
In particular, the television unit and glass cabinet is in need of more modern design , along with more co ordisee more

In particular, the television unit and glass cabinet is in need of more modern design , along with more co ordinated lounge furniture. Similarly, the bedrooms would benefit by replacing the free standing furniture with more modern units. Finally, the water drainage in both bathrooms is quite poor and probably need the waste pipes/waste traps cleaning to improve the water flow. |

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación y cercanía al mar ,el apartamento está bastante a mejorar y con falta de utensilios ,por otro lado,la inmobiliaria nos facilitó súper rápido lo que nos faltaba en cocina o no funcionaba .

Se podría mejorar a nivel del dueño del apartamento en útiles de cocina ,limpieza,apenas hay luz ,la puerta necesita llave para poder cerrar y eso es bastante incómodo ,el televisor es muy pequeño y apenas hay armarios en las habitaciones.Aun así hemsee more

La entrega y devolución de las llaves se debería hacer en un propio cajetín en la urbanización, es incómodo hacerlo en Denia pueblo. Además, cobrar 20 € como suplemento de entrada domingo nos parece desproporcionado, tenienod en cuenta que se hace ensee more

Muchas gracias por su valoración y comentarios. Se cobran esos 20€ extra por entrada en Domingo o festivos, porque a nosotros nos lo cobra el servicio de limpieza por trabajar un día festivo. A pesar de que las llaves se cogen de una caja fuerte sin see more

A pesar de que las llaves se cogen de una caja fuerte sin que haya nadie, usted si que cuenta con un servicio 24 horas, que en caso de haber tenido algún problema a la hora de recogerlas, habría podido llamar y la persona de guardia ese día hubiera acudido a la mayor brevedad. Por todo lo demás esperamos que disfrutaran de sus vacaciones.

Anlage ist nie wirklich voll, so dass man hier entspannt in Ruhe Urlaub machen kann.
