Nice studio in a small urbanization with communal pool with children's area, garden with lawn, palm trees and variety of plants. The studio is located on the ground floor.
At the glazed entrance of the house there is a small terrace where the washing machine and a small sofa bed are located.
Once inside we find the open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, breakfast bar and large combined fridge, then comes the living room-bedroom with TV and a corner with table and 4 chairs. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower.
From the living room-bedroom you reach the covered terrace, with shade, table and chairs that is located next to the communal pool.
In the summer of 2021 a new air conditioner was installed.
The distance to Denia are 1.7 km, to the beach 1 km, and bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities 0.9 km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
