Description
Beautiful apartment located in a residential complex in second beach line, just 200 meters from the beach.
The complex has a big garden area with a huge swimming pool and another one smaller perfect for children.
The house is in the first floor without lift. Once inside the apartment you will find the living room with air conditioner which will refresh the whole house. The apartment has a covered terrace with views to the garden and swimming pool area.
The american kitchen is equiped with everything you’ll need to cook. Oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher machine… there is a small terrace where is the waschmachine.
The double bedroom has a big closet and beside is the bathroom with bathtube.
The supermarket Masymas is 50m away from the house. The city centre is just 2.5km from the house.
Wifi available in the house. The apartment has not any private parking but in front of it are many places to park.
Pets not alowed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
