This charming 80 m² Penthouse has two bedrooms and its capacity is four people.
The urbanization in which it is located is very well cared for and arranged. It has a swimming pool and a large grassy area where you can enjoy the peaceful summer days.
Upon entering the accommodation we find the kitchen on the left. This is spacious and bright, it is also fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, it has: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle of water.
The house has TV, Wifi, central air conditioning and central heat pump. The tastefully decorated living/dining room opens onto a beautiful terrace where you can dine and eat while enjoying the outdoors. In it there are two large awnings.
The first of the rooms has two 90 cm beds and a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom with shower. The second room is en suite. It has two 90cm beds together and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The accommodation has a garage in the same building.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
