This charming 80 m² attic has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people.
The development in which it is located is very well-kept and maintained. It has a swimming pool and a large grassy area to enjoy the peaceful summer days.
As you enter the accommodation, the kitchen is on the left. It is spacious and bright, and it is also fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The house has TV, Wifi, central air conditioning and central heat pump. The tastefully decorated living/dining room opens onto a lovely terrace where you can dine and eat while enjoying the outdoors. It has two large awnings.
The first of the bedrooms has two 90 cm beds and a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is en-suite. It has two 90 cm beds together and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The accommodation has a garage in the same building.
Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1 to April 30, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
