Description
Cozy apartment for 4 people on the beach. It is located on the first floor of a block of two floors. It is ideal to avoid having to take the car on vacation as it has supermarkets and restaurants in the surroundings. Denia's center is just 1km away on foot.
The living-dining room opens onto a covered terrace with views of the beach, the sea and the iconic Denia Castle. It has satellite TV, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and electric stove. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with air conditioning. The bathroom with shower is in front of the rooms.
At the back there is another terrace overlooking the garden where the washing machine is located.
Public parking in front of the apartment.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Very helpful staff and treated very well especially on arrival, couldn't ask for better. This is the second time we have stayed here and have enjoyed it both times. Hopefully we will be back again. Everything is within walking distance of the aparsee more
Very helpful staff and treated very well especially on arrival, couldn't ask for better. This is the second time we have stayed here and have enjoyed it both times. Hopefully we will be back again. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment, and the views are great. it is in an area we feel safe in especially at night.
We asked if we could have a kettle in the kitchen to make tea and they provided one, we also asked for an extra set of keys, so that we could all come and go as we please. both these requests were fulfilled, making the stay better. Many thanks to all and keep up the hard work. |
